Our Last Day in Osaka

Welcome to Osaka-jo

I realized that there are still many places in Osaka that I haven't explored yet. Apart from the reason that quite a lot of tourist attractions were still closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, another reason that could be the main reason was because we were traveling with a 3 year old boy. We can't be as idealistic as if we are having trip alone/with our spouse/with friends. With them, we probably could visit 10 places in a day. But, with toddler, we might be able to only come to 3 places, and it should be grateful. Especially if during the trip, our toddler is not crancky, so we don't have to demand too much. I am grateful to be able to visit several places in Osaka such as Osaka City Central Public Hall, The Museum of Oriental Ceramics, Nakanoshima Rose Garden, Dotonbori, Universal Studio Japan, and the surroundings. I wish I could go there again and explore more places. Aamiin.

On our last day in Osaka, we decided to visit Osaka Castle and its surroundings. :)

After checked out from the hotel we stayed, we headed to Osaka castle on foot. The distance is quite far about 2.5 km lol. But, we prefer walking to taking public transportation because we wanted to enjoy sightseeing surround Osaka before leaving for another prefecture, our next destination in this Kansai's trip episode.

It's not difficult to find Osaka Castle's location because the sign is everywhere.

One of them I captured is THIS.

Like soldiers who had just returned from the battlefield, when we arrived at Osaka Castle, we were greeted by a very beautiful view. Our tiredness seemed to be gone.

Welcome to the palace, Taka kun.

Do you want to stay here?

Ehm, It's like a plaza. We can buy thing there such as food, drink, or souvenir.

Visiting historical site is not always boring, especially if the place is well groomed like this.
